ON COMPLIANCE WITH AGREEMENTS In the previous meeting, 41 agreements were adopted, 26 being fulfilled because they were approval, related to the approaches, plan and budget, food sovereignty, improvement of Popular Power and the Banking process. As a result of the treatment offered to the agreements adopted in previous meetings and the date of compliance, the status of compliance of 5 agreements is presented below. OF THE MINUTES No. 13/2023 Agreement No.395 (fulfilled) Adopted date: June 21, 2023 Compliance officer: EPMALCO director Compliance date: 2nd meeting September 2023 Derived from the status of compliance with the investment program in the municipality, Regarding the indication that alternatives to the commitments made should be sought and that the problems related to compliance with generics be transformed. As agreed to transform compliance with generics, mainly aggregates, studies and requests for permits and projects for the extraction of natural sand in Cerro Guayabo and Loma los Francés began. Two more projects were prepared and are in the quarry for approval, related to ground sand in the Boquerón settlement and the increase in floors in the Hatibonico settlement. An international collaboration project was implemented that has allowed the production of ceramic brick to increase to meet the needs of the municipality. Agreement No.396 (Complied) Responsible for compliance: Vice Mayor to attend to Investment Programs Compliance date: 2nd meeting September 2023 Regarding the evaluation with the provincial management of EPMALCO of the generics that are included in the plan that are not fulfilled, since they are not produced in the municipality. As agreed, the evaluation was carried out with the provincial management of EPMALCO, where it was determined that these productions would be carried out in other municipalities with over compliance in these generics, which would be charged to the Caimanera municipality as a solution. Agreement No.397 (Complied) Responsible for compliance: Directors of Education and Culture Compliance date: 2nd meeting September 2023 Regarding the education and culture directorates being informed of the execution of the budget assigned to care for vulnerable neighborhoods. As agreed at the end of July, the budget was executed to care for vulnerable neighborhoods, the Education Directorate executed 250.0MP, where gardening services and maintenance of equipment were carried out. As for the Directorate of Culture, it executed 125.0MP, carrying out community activities fulfilling dreams and a day of culture in Hatibonico. OF THE MINUTES No. 14/2023 Agreement No.410 (Complied) Adopted date: July 5, 2023 Responsible for compliance: Director of Finance and Pricing Compliance date: 2nd meeting in September 2023. Regarding the execution of the budget, which is at 92%, being reviewed with the Communal entity. This agreement derived from the analysis of the budget for the month of June, where the evaluation was carried out with the Communal Budgeted Unit, maintaining the same execution of the budget, with which it is proposed to the Council of Administration to postpone compliance with the agreement for the month of November, taking into account the situation that the entity presents with the central team of said entity. Agreement No.412 (Complied) Responsible: Vice Mayor to attend to the Services Compliance Date: 2nd meeting in September 2023 Regarding a comprehensive evaluation being carried out in the Transportation Board of Directors regarding non-compliance with economic indicators, as well as redesigning actions that allow compliance with them. As agreed, the evaluation was carried out with the UEB Transportation, determining that it meets the Net Sales at 86.2%, failing to contribute 305.1 Thousand Pesos, caused because there are 3 buses in the workshop, two leased and 3 working on route 38.0 , which do not guarantee that their income plan will be met, given also by the fuel deficit, alternatives to solve this situation were proposed to materialize extra trips on holidays with differentiated prices. During the month they obtained 72.2 MP of Profits, exceeding the average collection in Maritime Transportation in the order of 11.7 MP. However, they accumulate 316.4 Thousand Pesos of Losses.
