- Nauta Hogar: Progress is continuing progressively in the contracting of the Nauta home service to the residential sector and 2 rural areas were approved from the municipality with differentiated rates in the service (Glorieta and Boquerón).

- Navigation Rooms with Internet access: There are 2 navigation rooms: ETECSA Commercial Office (2 positions) and Young Computer Club (2 positions)
- Implementation of the Internet Service on the mobile: The service was successfully implemented in the municipality of great acceptance by the population.
- Base Radio Installation: A base radio was installed in the town of Cayamo that improved the cell coverage of that town considered a zone of silence and in 2019 adjustments have been made.
- Improvements in internet connection rates were applied to the state sector and migrations (speed increase) were made free of charge to 30 companies, in order to provide greater bandwidth and improvements in service performance.
- As a result of the improvements in internet connection rates to the state sector, 28 (speed increases) have been made.
- High data transmission was contracted to the state sector: State clients that did not have internet access.
- New Services Installation: A total of 136 new services were installed in the town of Caimanera.
